100 Day Challenge!

Posted by: admin | Comments (0)

It’s been a fast, challenging and for some a painful year.
And, if you’re…
tired of struggling with debt,
paralyzed by the pace of change,
fearful of the current economic crisis,
And if you…NEED to get it together and create better results quickly…then, I’ve got a great way for you to take control of your future and finish the year off with a bang.
September 22rd is an important date as it marks the 100 day countdown of 2011.
With that in mind, I want to thrown down a challenge and provide you with an opportunity to redeem yourself and turn things around for the better and I mean much better.
You see, one thing we all have in common is that we all love a challenge!
For some it could be a goal that puts you to the test, an obstacle that says you can’t beat me, a belief system that is begging for a breakthrough, or even a mountain that just dares you to climb it.
Whatever it is, you’re attitude should be BRING IT ON, as there’s nothing quite like a good old fashioned challenge to see what you’re made of, to push the boundaries and test your limits as it is ONLY when we overcome these trials that we get to reap the sweetest rewards.
My friend, Gary Ryan Blair, otherwise know as The Goals Guy has put together what I believe to be the most comprehensive approach to goal setting and performance enhancement.
It’s called the 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge and it begins on September 22rd, which just so happens to be the final 100 days of the year.
The 100 Day Challenge is an extreme performance workout, because it’s all about getting things done, getting massive results quickly, and finishing the year strong.

I’ve seen it, and it’s an amazing piece of work. But you don’t have to take my word for it, check it out for yourself by going to:
100 Day Challenge
For more than twenty years, Gary has been working with executives and employees at big Fortune 500 Companies, with professional and Olympic Athletes, and high-performing people from every conceivable occupation teaching them exactly how accelerate their performance and overall results.
And one thing I know about Gary and the way he works is that if he can do it for them, he CAN most certainly do it for you.
I think it’s a no brainer, and if are serious about making changes and finishing the year strong than you simply must check out the 100 Day Challenge.
I recommend the program, I recommend that you act quickly, and more importantly I recommend Gary as he is the BEST at what he does.
So make sure you click here 100 Day Challenge
And put yourself and your family in the best possible position for success and abundance.

There’s 3 levels of mngmt. Store mngr, asst.mngr and supervisor. my position is in between asst and sup.( snr. sup., only existing position in building). Asst.mngrs. aren’t motivated/corresponding to their duties. It is obvious and seen by supervisors. Frustration is built, but yet seems like store mngr does not do much to fix. According to them "LEAD BY EXAMPLE" ,how if they are not doing so. Who do i contact… human resources? hotline for the company? It’s noticeable to outsiders, but yet nothing is being done about it. I’m in a bind here. any suggestions?

Depends on who you are and what your relation is to the management staff? There would likely be different approaches depending on whether you are an employee, management, district management, etc.

Motivation in the work place is required to ensure your workers are performing well on their jobs.

People lack motivation when they have no goals, desires, target or vision with whatever task at hand. Giving them something to look forward to may help and it does not have to be monetary. For example instead of doing the routine, rotate them so that they learn new skills.

I believe leadership has everything to do with the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of teachers and staff. I am a teacher myself and have worked under at least five different leaders. They have all ranged from the best to the worst. If a leader is not willing to give it their best, then those under him/her are less willing to give their best efforts. Fortunately, I am self motivated and have given my best regardless of leadership, but I have certainly noticed that some of my colleagues have not given much when under the leadership of someone unmotivated, shall we say. I suppose I compare it to my classroom: when I set high standards, my students, for the most part, try their best even if it is challenging, while if I don’t set high standards, many don’t do very well at all. It is also very helpful when leadership tells their faculty/staff that they are doing a good job. As humans, we all need a "pat on the back" from time to time. Hope this is helpful to you.

To keep hospice staff motivated to do their best when dealing with patients what methodologies are utilized.

Stressing the value of what they do – it’s a needed service and it helps people. If you can reach them on that level they will be motivated.
