A MAN!!! This speech it THE shit! Thats how you motivate your lazy team. My old loser high scool team had a former drill instructor hired at PE teacher to run it when I made the seniors. We kicked everyones that year cause we were too afraid of the sarge if we lost rofl! Man the training was worse then anything we ever played and that was the first time i ever heard a guy yell in 1 minute streams of profanity and not repeat the same word! This rocks!
