Very motivational! You are so right! I had to put my scale away because I was on that bad boy EVERY morning! I got a gift card from someone, and I used it to buy a pair of jeans… two sizes two small! I wasn’t coming out of pocket, so I got them as my motivation jeans. Love this series (though I’m late finding it).

I stumbled upon your video seeking out some inspiration for loosing weight and I watched almost all of them from your series regarding weight.. You give information STRAIGHT UP NO Chaser… I think I am ready now to finally do this.. As someone that used to be a size 8 and is now a 16 I can’t stand being this size.Your videos really gave me an extra push!!! You were honest and real. THANK YOU so much!! I have to say I absolutely just love you….girl and thank you ! I hope you submit your clips to Oprah’s New Network called Own. She was excepting you tube clips and we need you girl you are confident pretty tough and most of all real…I am getting ready to get my couch potato azz up and sprint I may only be able to do it for 9 minutes at first to but I believe you and I’m going to stick with it for the results . Thank you for making this video!! It is very encouraging for me while I am 3 months into losing weight. I was an “all or nothing” weight loss person and did deprive myself. Now, this time around I am letting myself have certain things within reason and not very often. I also weighed myself at the beginning and have not been on the scale since…way less stress this way. I am gauging my weight loss by how my clothes feel. I love to see success stories from people who look like me!!

Im on a weightloss journey now and I would love to see a video on dressing right for your body type and i would see what you eat for a day breakfast, lunch and dinner. I know you really busy but you can do what you eat for a day maybe on the weekend when your less busy. I love your videos. Your are such a sweetheart.
